Project Description：The project involved the renovation and new construction of supporting ventilation and heating systems for local industrial oven production lines in Australia. In response to Australia's stringent production standards for industrial ovens requiring high-temperature operation, continuous running, stable working conditions, low energy consumption and low failure rates, we provided customized complete ventilation equipment including centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans. The equipment fully adapted to key operating conditions of the production line ovens, such as hot air circulation, high-temperature exhaust, uniform chamber temperature distribution, and equipment cooling. The project enables the customer's production line to achieve standardized, stable and efficient production, while meeting Australia's rigorous standards for industrial safety and eco-friendly operation.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the temperature difference inside the oven chamber was reduced from the original ±8 ℃ to within ±3 ℃, the temperature field uniformity improved by 62.5%, the product defect rate dropped from 4.2% to 1.1%, and the overall yield rate increased by 3.1%, making mass production consistency meet Australia's high-end industrial manufacturing standards.
