Project Description：This was a key supporting project for the automation upgrade of local industrial coating operations in Libya. It primarily focused on ventilation, dust removal and high-temperature drying systems of local enterprise's fully automatic powder spraying line. The entire production line was fully equipped with our core centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans, which were precisely tailored to meet the operational requirements of the powder spraying process. The fans ensured the continuous, stable, efficient, and compliant operation of the spraying line, and supported the standardization and intelligent upgrade of surface treatment processes for local industrial products.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the equipment failure rate on the production line decreased by more than 45% year-over-year, effectively reducing unplanned downtime; the workpiece spraying yield rate rose from 82% before upgrade to over 97%, and the single-piece rework/repair rate dropped by 83%. The project drastically reduced rework consumables and labor costs, with both product appearance and coating adhesion fully meeting standards.
