Project Description：This project provided supporting fans for a customized manual electrostatic powder spraying line for a French customer. The spraying line involved workpiece loading, pre-treatment (degreasing and water washing), drying and dehumidification, manual electrostatic powder spraying, powder recovery, high-temperature curing, and finished product cooling and unloading. We exclusively supplied the core fluid power equipment for the project, including centrifugal and high-temperature fans. They performed the key functions of dust removal, powder recovery, ventilation and pressure stabilization, and hot air circulation for high-temperature curing and drying processes, ensuring the stable, efficient, and compliant operation of the entire powder spraying line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the production line's powder recovery rate increased from the original 72% to over 93%, drastically cutting powder waste in single workpiece spraying cycle; the monthly procurement costs for powder consumables decreased by 18%-22%, the workpiece coating yield rate rose from 85% to 98.5%, and the rework rate dropped by 90%, greatly reducing labor and material costs associated with re-spraying.
