Project Description：The project involved the supply of supporting ventilation and temperature-controlled power systems for an intelligent security door production line in Russia. The core supporting equipment consisted of our self-developed and self-manufactured centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans. They were fully adapted to the local industrial production environment, voltage standards, and automated operation logic of production lines in Russia. They were successfully applied to key processes throughout the entire production workflow, including dust removal and purification, hot air circulation, high-temperature drying, and waste gas exhaust, ensuring the continuous, stable, and efficient operation of the production line and helping the customer achieve product quality upgrades and increased production capacity.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the temperature uniformity of drying areas improved by over 42%, fully meeting the curing standards for high-weatherability outdoor security door coatings; the dust and fume collection coverage at the spraying and welding stations reached 100%, and the concentration of airborne dust in the workshop was reduced by more than 75%, completely eliminating coating defects and workpiece defects caused by falling dust, while significantly improving the process cleanliness of the production line.
